Refund policy

We gladly accept returns for items that remain unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with tags attached, within 14 days after you receive. Please note that this return policy is applicable only to full-priced or sale items. Unfortunately International purchases are not eligible for returns.

EXCHANGE POLICY 

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend reaching out to us first, as availability cannot be guaranteed. We encourage you to place a new order on rezobay.com for the item you desire to exchange. Upon receipt of your returned items, refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days. It's important to note that all refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee on each item, with the exception of size exchanges for the same style. If you intend to exchange for a different size, kindly specify the style, color, and size on the return form along with the reason for return. RETURN PROCESS TIME

Once your online return request is submitted, it will take 1 business day to get approved. Returns are processed within 2-3 business days after your item(s) are received. Refunds take 3-5 business days to appear on your original payment mode.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order within 24 hours after your order placed. After 24 hours our return and exchange policy will be applicable.

If you decide to send your return with a carrier of your choice, we are not liable for any return packages that may be lost, damaged or stolen in transit.
